How long does it take to receive the varsity jacket?

Varsity jackets typically take 3-4 weeks for production plus shipping time. Once your order is processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with an estimated delivery date.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept multiple payment methods including Card Payment (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay), Cash, e& money, and Bank Transfer. All payment information is securely processed and we never store your complete payment details on our servers.

Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?

Changes can be made before the order closing date, May 10th. After this date, your order enters production and changes cannot be accommodated. Please contact our support team immediately if you need to make changes to your order.

What is your return policy?

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect. If you receive a defective product, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving with photos of the issue. If approved, we will repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion.

We recommend dry cleaning your varsity jacket to maintain its quality and appearance. Avoid machine washing as it can damage the materials and embroidery. For small stains, spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Store your jacket on a padded hanger in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Your varsity jacket will be delivered directly to your classroom. Our team will coordinate with your school to ensure a smooth delivery process. Please check with your class representative for updates on the delivery schedule.
